Buying

How do I purchase a product?
Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase if you have an issue.
How do I download my purchased files?
After purchase, go to Dashboard → Downloads. You'll find secure download links for all your purchased products. Links are time-limited for security but you can regenerate them anytime.
Can I use purchased content commercially?
Yes! Our standard license covers commercial use in live shows, installations, and video productions. See our License page for full details.

Selling

How do I become a creator?
Sign up for an account, then request a creator role from your dashboard settings. Once approved, you can start uploading products.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept video files (MP4, MOV, AVI), Resolume composition files, VST plugins, and image packs (ZIP). Max file size is 2GB.
How long does product review take?
Our team reviews submissions within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your product is approved or if changes are needed.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account via Dashboard → Payouts. You'll receive 85% of each sale directly to your bank account.

Account

How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password?'. You'll receive an email with a reset link.
Can I change my display name?
Yes, go to Dashboard → Settings to update your display name, bio, and avatar.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support at support@visualstore.com. We'll process your request within 72 hours.

Payments & Security

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details.
What currencies do you support?
All prices are in EUR. Stripe handles automatic currency conversion for international buyers.
Where can I see my purchase history?
Go to Dashboard → Purchases to see all your past orders with detailed receipts.
