License Agreement

1. Grant of License

When you purchase a product on VisualStore, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased content in your projects, subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Uses

• Live VJ performances, concerts, and events
• Video installations and art exhibitions
• Video production, films, and music videos
• Broadcast and streaming content
• Social media content
• Stage design and LED screen content
• Client projects (freelance or agency work)

3. Restrictions

• No redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the original files in any form.
• No stock/marketplace resale: You may not upload purchased content to other stock sites or marketplaces.
• No standalone sale: The content cannot be the primary value of a product you sell (e.g., selling the loop as-is).
• No mass reproduction: You may not use the content in templates, generators, or "create-your-own" tools that allow end users to generate derivative works.

4. Number of Uses

Each license covers unlimited projects for a single licensee (individual or company). You do not need to purchase the same content multiple times for different projects.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but is always appreciated. If you'd like to credit the creator, link back to their VisualStore profile.

6. Plugins, Presets & Software Content

Software plugins, presets, UI interfaces, show files, and scripts (e.g., Resolume UI interfaces, GrandMA show profiles, Smode scripts, TouchDesigner components) are licensed per-seat. Each purchase covers use on up to 2 computers owned by the same licensee. For multi-seat or team licenses, contact the creator directly.

These products are user-generated configurations and creative works designed for use with third-party software. They do not include, bundle, or redistribute the third-party software itself. The buyer is responsible for owning a valid license for the required third-party software.

7. Third-Party Trademarks

Product names such as Resolume, GrandMA, Smode, TouchDesigner, After Effects, Unreal Engine, MadMapper, Notch, and other software names referenced on VisualStore are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this platform is strictly for compatibility identification purposes. VisualStore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

8. Creator Rights

Creators retain full copyright of their content. The purchase grants you a usage license only. The creator may continue to sell the same content to other buyers.

9. Termination

This license is perpetual as long as you comply with these terms. If you violate any restriction, the license is automatically revoked and you must delete all copies of the content.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VisualStore and creators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of purchased content.
